			DATASTORE SW LTD provides an efficient service scanning and converting archive paper documentation into electronic digital images and storing them on CD/DVD, hard drive or a web server. We operate from secure, alarmed premises in Cornwall and use high quality scanning equipment. Documents are scanned locally with a confidential and personal service. An archive box can hold 10-12 files (dependant on file size) which equates to approximately 2,000-3,000 A4 documents. On average 20,000 A4 pages can be stored on a CD, and 100,000 on a DVD ensuring that this method of document storage is highly efficient. All images are indexed using fields specified by the client, this enables fast access to information and improves customer satisfaction within the business.
